Corona on World Art Day

Today on 15th April is the World Art Day.

Art has been practiced since ages even before languages were developed. This visual language has preserved the pre-historic culture.

An artist is called "Kalakar" in Hindi which means the one who shapes the future ( Kal means tomorrow + Aakar mean shape ). Today an invisible nonliving Micro size virus enters the human body. It completely change the life of the person and then the entire world.

A poem written by me, Hope you like!

Such destructive Artist is the COVID-19,

Brought the darkness to the world,

Lives are lost, the world in grievance,

Lockdown nations, lives on Ventilators.

It has brought a million coffins along,

A terrific vision full of grief and fear,

The globe of red it wants to paint,

Streets are white and buildings sensitised.

Its invisible stroke, please cover your nose,

Such Creative we all are deep inside,

Let's bring back the bright beautiful world.

Green earth and blue sky,

Let's paint the bright night.

The moon seems broken into pieces,

Only one left in the dark red Sky,

Let's paint the shapes that are lost,

Stay home dear artists!

We will show art to this cruel little artist!
